Summer 2020
Childrens Health Dallas
Along with students from UT Austin, we helped raise over $4,000 for the Pauline Allen Gill Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders at Children's Medical Center.
Fall 2020
Angel Tree
Through virtual fundraising efforts, we were able to gift 10 children and 5 caregivers $40 gift cards for Christmas. To spread some Christmas cheer for a few families across DFW.
North Texas Food Bank
Once more using the power of virtual shadowing we were able to raise funds to donate more than 600 meals to the North Texas Food Bank which serves families across the DFW Metroplex.
Spring 2021
Health Insurance Project
By harnessing the power of our members we have partnered up with Education Opens
Doors in Dallas to provide education regarding health resources in the DFW area. This video series allows community members to learn more about the many public and private health resources available to them.
Classroom to College Project
By utilizing the combined experiences and reflections of Impact Dallas members we created a video series explaining to students the college application process, and gave advice to highschool students on how to explore different majors, career pathways and colleges to choose.
